It Has Been A Hard Week...

Hi.  This is Fergie speakin'.  It has been a long and very hard week.  Mommy says today might just be the hardest day yet.  She's been neglectin' us...leavin' to go to work extra-super-early every day and not gittin' home until late late LATE.  We don't know who that person named "work" is but he takes too much of mommy's time from us.  Why does he need our mommy?  Can't he go find a mommy of his own?  Big ol' baby! 

It makes us sad...'cause when mommy ain't here, there ain't no Fancy Feast, no clean poop box and no belly rubs.  It's just a hard life for us kids.  I think I'm just gonna try to sleep through this hard day.  Maybe when I wake up, mommy will be back home and she will be here for the whole dang weekend!  At least we have that to look forward to...oh yeah, that and Fancy Feast, too!

I always think it is best to sleep through the day when Mommy is not home. That is a very smart idea of yours Fergie. You look very comfortable in your sleeping position!

Fergie, you can come live with us - our mom works at home. But let me tell you, whether your mom sneaks out to meet work, or she brings him home with her ... well, it's six of one, half a dozen of the other. Either way, work gets all the attention first, then you get the leftovers! NOT fair!

I understand about the Mom having to put in extra hours. It happens to me sometimes, too. Sleeping while she is away is a good idea. That way you will be rested up and able to give her lots of kitty loving when she gets home.
