I don't feel good today

Dearest peoples on the innernets,

This is Mazie Grace speakin'.  I am sick.  I have been makin' vomit since yesterday and I have the poops.  I have got to go to the vetroregurgitarian this mornin'.  I am skeert.  Please say a prayer for me.  Mommy is worried.
