We Have Lost Our Bloggin' Mojo

Dearest Peoples on the Innernets,
This is all of us speakin'.  We have lost our bloggin' mojo.  We ain't sure what happened...we just know that after mommy came home from bein' away for a week, we just ain't had the energy to say much.  Please forgive us for the lame blog posts recently...we is tryin' real hard to git better 'bout it.

Stupid Mommy Trick

Hi.  This is Felix the Magical Cat speakin'.  Mommy did a stupid thing the other night.  She was fixin' to git ready to give me my steroid shot.  I am always real real REAL good 'bout lettin' her use the needle on me.  I was sittin' there just ready for it when all of a sudden Elizabeth Taylor sticked her fingernails into Mazie Grace.  Mazie Grace screamed real loud.  When she screamed, I jumped.  When I jumped, mommy jumped.  All that jumpin' 'round 'caused mommy to stick the needle in her hand instead of my neck...she gived herself my shot!!!  See her hand...it's all bruised and swoled-up:

What if she starts to look like this???

She says it's not that kind of steroid but I ain't so sure...

I'm skeerd...what if her hand falls off?  A one-handed mommy can't give all 12 of us enough lovin'...plus, how will a one-handed mommy open Fancy Feast cans? 

Why does everything have to be so hard and dramatical?

Memories

Dear peoples on the innernets,

Mommy spended lotsa time outside working in the yard this weekend.  It's the time of year when she puts Ricky's memorial marker out in the flower garden.  One thing is different...this year, she's puttin' two memorials out in the garden since Lucy is in heaven with Ricky now.  We could tell it made mommy feel real sad when she unwrapped the one she ordered for Lucy after she died.  It's hard for her to realize that they both are in heaven now...we can't realize it either.

We miss them, too, mommy.

Bald Belly

Hi to all the peoples on the innernets.  This is Felix the Magical Cat speakin'.  As you can see from this here picture, the hairs on my belly just ain't growin' back.  See, I had to have my tummy shaved back in February when Aunt Doktor Davies did my ultrasounds.  Ever since then, I have been on a real high dose of steroids to try to fix my pooper.  Aunt Doktor Davies promises that it will grow back once I'm not on such a high dose.

Mommy says I look pitiful.  But I feel okay...I just gots me some funky poops, that's all.  I still play, eat real good and love on my whiskery and purry womens.  Life. Is. Good!

Dear peoples on the innernets, this is the Whiskers & Purrs Gang speakin'.  We continue to be neglektid and abused.  Mommy is still workin' on her "work" pooter and is in a real bad mood.  She's still ignorin' our cuteness and wonnerfulness.

Uh oh...a trip to the Vetroregurgitarian

Hi to all the peoples on the innernets.  This is Elsie Fallulah Graves speakin'.  I am extra mad at mommy right now.  First, she leaved us for a whole week.  And today, she scooped me up and taked me to the vetroregurgitarian for my check-up. 

It was awful.  I had to git shots.  AND...Aunt Doktor Dugan says my teefs and gums is bad and need to git my teefs cleaned.  AND...I gots to take an antibiotic so's I don't git a gum infection 'cause they was bleedin'.  It tastes like poop.  Gag me.

AND...mommy made fun of me 'cause she says I am a plus-size model...I weigh 13.8 pounds...

Mommy says I am as mad as a wet hen.  I think mommy is right.
