Who is that GREEN-EYED Kitty in the Frigeratator?

Dearest peoples on the innernets, this is Felix Unger Graves III speakin'.  I am very concerned and aggritated today.  I discovered that there's a kitty that lives in the door of our frigeratator...who IS he???

This makes me mad.  He blinks when I blinks.  He moves his head when I move my head.  I do not like him.  I must sit here and stare at him until he goes away.  We already gots too many kitties in this house...we don't need NO more.

Thanks to everybody that sent emails and letters to all of them dumb people at the Richmond Fox affiliate.  We think maybe them dumb people have seen the lights.  Read this letter from the Richmond SPCA:

Fox Richmond Bulldozes Cat Colony Habitat

June 27, 2008 Update

Please join the Richmond SPCA for a very special Tail Wag'N adoption event at Richmond Ford, located at the corner of Broad and Westmoreland Streets in Richmond. This event will take place today, June 27 from 12:30 to 3 p.m.

Directions: Traveling West on West Broad Street from Downtown Richmond make a right onto Westmoreland after Malvern/Westwood but before Staples Mill. Traveling East on West Broad Street from the Far West End make a left on Westmoreland after you pass Staples Mill Road. Look out for the Tail Wag'N Adoption Vehicle!

We urge animal lovers everywhere to come out and show their support for letting the cat colony at Fox Richmond stay where it is and continue to be managed humanely by caring volunteers using Trap, Neuter, Return.

These events will feature:

• Experts from the Richmond SPCA answering questions about non-lethal management of feral cat populations and why Trap, Neuter, Return is the most humane option
• The opportunity to sign up as a volunteer to help feral cats in your area
• Fun, cuddly visits with adoptable cats from the Richmond SPCA
• Information about the Richmond SPCA's free- and low-cost spay/neuter clinic and other services provided to the community.

Local humane organization volunteers have begun humanely trapping some of the feral cats at Fox Richmond so that they may be brought to the Richmond SPCA for sterilization and vaccination. Kittens and domesticated strays that have joined the colony may be held and ultimately placed for adoption through local humane organizations. Feral cats in the colony will be returned to the colony after sterilization. We again urge individuals not assigned by humane organizations to not attempt to trap the cats. This is for the safety and well-being of the animals.

We hope to see you at Richmond Ford today between 12:30 and 3 p.m.!

URGENT: Please help us...

Dearest peoples on the innernets,

We need your help...real bad.  Please read this letter and see if you can help us by writin' a letter to any of the email/web sites listed.  We ain't sure but we think these poor ferals and strays has already been killed.  Mommy is organizin' a boycott of this TV station's local advertisers here in Richmond.  We will post more information about this as soon as we gets it all together.  We're gonna hurt 'em in their pocketbooks.  In the meantime, please help us FLOOD this TV station and other media outlets with notes of condemnation.  All of us in the cat blogosphere is the only hope these poor little peoples have gots.

We learned early yesterday that WRLH, the local Fox affiliate located at 1925 Westmoreland Street in Richmond, had contracted a local pest control company to trap and kill stray and feral cats and kittens residing on and around the station%u2019s property. This course of action was deeply troubling to us and I communicated to them our willingness to help manage and control the cat colony using non-lethal humane methods such as trap-neuter-return or relocation.

Yesterday I spoke with a representative of Sinclair Broadcast Group, current owner of the Fox affiliate and recent acquirer of WTVR Channel 6. This representative was unswayed by our offers to assist. This morning I spoke with Steve Genett, General Manager of Fox Richmond. At first he seemed willing to discuss a compromise solution that would incorporate non-lethal methods, but later in our conversation he admitted that bulldozers were plowing through the cat habitat at Fox's offices at that very moment. I immediately rushed to the location and was shocked and horrified to see the swift and total destruction of the area.

Sinclair Broadcast Group and Fox Richmond's unconscionable actions are cause for great concern throughout our community. I cannot begin to understand what manner of corporate culture and leadership it would take to behave in this cruel way. I know that Richmonders consider the plight of homeless animals and feral cats to be a very high priority and a cause that is close to their hearts. I had hoped that Fox and Sinclair Broadcast Group would reconsider and continue to operate as a kind and responsible media partner in our community, but that hope was dashed with their inhumane actions this morning.

World's Most Luckiest Bunny Rabitz...

Dearest peoples on the innernets,

This is Felix Unger Graves III speakin'.  As many of y'all knows, I used to live on the streets.  When I was tryin' to flirt with my mommy and git her to let me move into the house, I used to bring her presents.  The first thing I bringed her was a big dead crow.  Then, I bringed her a feroshus squirrel.  When I was tryin' to show her how manly I was, I chased a ground squirrel right in front of her and beated it up a little bit just so she could see my manliness...(she fussed at me for that, by the way!)  And then, finally, when I knowed I almost had her in palm of my paw, I bringed her a big ol' bunny rabitz.  It was at that point that she said, "Felix, I must bring you inside in order to protect all of the aminals that live on our street."  And then, the rest was history.  I have been on the inside livin' the life of a fat cat ever since.

Tonight, mommy went outside to water her garden.  It was almost dark but she was able to snap a pikchur of this...the world's most luckiest bunny rabitz.  Here is his pikchur:

He is one lucky little man 'cause I live on the inside now and can't git 'im.  But I watched him tonight...yes, I watched him with my eagle eyeballs...I was ready to pounce just in case mommy forgitted to watch the door as she went outside...dang ol' mommy...he would've been a fun toy to chase and then snack on!  Maybe tomorrow night...but I doubts it...'cause mommy is mean and won't let me be the big manly hunter that I am.

This is Felix Unger Graves III speakin'.  I wanna explain somethin'.  My middle name is "Unger" for a reason...in case you don't 'member it, Felix Unger was the neat one on the Odd Couple.  I am just like him...I don't 'presheeiate messiness.  Everything has gots to be in order or it makes me real upset. 

If any of you peoples from the innernets ever come to visit me, please know that you is not allowed to leave nothin' on the floor of my house.  It is against my rules.  If you leave anything...your shoes, the bathroom rug, a book, etc, on the floor, I will pee on it.  I mean to tell you, I will pee on it in a big ol' way...whatever it is.  The Mighty Mississippi ain't got nothin' on me when I am upset with your messiness.

Mommy learned that lesson the very extra-hard way last night.  She ain't gonna forgit that lesson for a long long LONG time.

This is Coco speakin'.  I am now 'fishally breakin' our silence.  Mommy says we ain't suppose to break stuff but I think silence is okay to breaks. 

Me and Senator Henry Jackson Edward Graves III gots us an announcement.  We is boyfriend and girlfriend.  It's prolly gonna be in People magazine so be sure to look for it in the grocery store!  I can't say I love him too much...he's kinda weird, what with him poopin' in the floor and all.  But, he's a free spirit and has lotsa power since he's a senator.  And, he sure knows how to lick the insides of my ears good.  So, I'mma happy womans.
