Elsie Fallulah Graves: Yesterday was a bad, bad day.

Dearest peoples on the innernets,

Yesterday was a crappy-ass day...a day of which we will NEVER speak of agains...I was poked and squeezed and squished and had almost all of my bloods drained out and had to pee in a cup in front of peoples, was dunked in waters for a bath...and had my hiney completely shaved...and then they had the nerve to say there was somethink wrong with my heart...PFFT! I gots to go see a cardiologist...whatever that is.

And THEN it comes to find outs that our bloggy went down yesterday and none of our friends could git to our blog.  Crap Crappity CRAPS!  It's all fixed now so hopefully everybody will be able to come visit us agains without any troubles.  We apologize for the aggrivations!

We just ain't gonna EVER talk 'bout yesterday agains...EVER. I am goink to make sleeps all day today to try to git back to normals and when I wake ups, this will never have happeneds.

Another unfortunate hiney incident...

Dearest peoples on the innernets,

I am sad to report that I am havink yet another unfortunate hiney incident and I am at the vet's office today.  My tushy is all stinky, sore, swolled-up and itchy.  It's 'cause my beautiful belly is a size extra-large and it, in all of its rotundness, prevents me from bein' ables to clean my very important private stuff.  As a result I have a very hurty hiney.

Mommy said it was time for my yearly check-up anyways so...off to the new vet we went this mornink. Mommy dropped me off first thing.  They is gonna give me a bath, shave my hiney, give me some ointmints to help it all start to heal, give me my yearly exam, give me my vaxanations, drain out my bloods for tests and make me pee in a cup.

Since I was so skeert when I got there this mornink, they is gonna give me some happy medicine to help me relax...like mommy says...better livink through farmasootikals.

So, dear people on the innernets, I would greatly appreciate it if you would please say a prayer for me and my unfortunate hiney.

Top Cat Tuesday: On a Booger Watch

Dearest peoples on the innernets,

First of all, as Top Cat of the Whiskers & Purrs Gang, I want express our best wishes to all of you for a wonnerful holiday week.  We hope Santa Claws bringed you a big ass stash of toys and treats and the rest of this week brings you lotsa lap time with your beans.

I am sad to share with you this mornink that the W&P Gang have now gone into a high level of alert due to the seriousness of health issues goin' ons here.  Mazie Grace still has her feedink tube.  She ain't zactly thrilled to be eatin' her foods so mommy is still tendin' to her almost every minute of the day and nights.  Our alert level went up to Level Three UH-OH on Sunday mornin' when it becamed apparent that mommy was not feelink goods.  She said that a ragink gang of evil boogers come down the chimney with Santa Claws and attacked her.

Booger attacks ain't no goods.  Mommy feels like craps.  So...I am watchin' over her to make sure she maintains strength...at least enoughs to be able to open our Fancy Feast cans...priorities, y'all.

Top Cat Tuesday: A message for Santa Claws

Dearest peoples on the innernets,

This is Elsie Fallulah Graves speakin'.  It is now times for Top Cat Tuesday.  Well, life is continuin' to git back to normals now that Mazie Grace is homes.  We are very thankfuls that the doctor's said she don't got that awful lymphomas.  Today she goes back for the specialist to check her feedink tube and check to see how she is doink.  Mazie has been havin' a hard time swallowink solid foods...she is innerested in foods but...when she tries to swallow its...it seems like it hurts her.  Mommy called the vet and they think maybe the feedin' tube is out of position just a little bits...so... they is gonna do an X-ray to make sure it's okay and if it's not, they is gonna fix it.    Mazie still loves for mommy to tube feeds her...she purrs so loud and hard that mommy can feel it vibratin' through the syringe as she is puttin' the foods in the tube!

Today is the last edition of Top Cat Tuesday before Santa gits here...I have a special message for him...I just want him to know that I can honestly say, on behalfs of the whole W&P Gang, we have all been good children...as much as it pains me to say it, even Joey.  This has been a hard year...mommy has had so much goin' ons with her family and then Jimmy died and now Mazie has been so sick...and through it all...every single member of the Gang has been good and kind and sweet.  So, Mr. Santa Claws, BRING ON THE PRESENTS!...I means...please, sir, if you have some toys to spare, we sure would like to have somes.  And, Mr. Santa Claws, sir?...All of our friends on the innernets has been good, too, so please be sure to give them some toys, too, 'kay?...'specially my boyfriend, Rudy, his brother, Boob, their little sister, Gertie Parker and Joey's girlfriend, Frejya Macro who lives all the way over in Londons.

Let's turn Facebook into the Book of Amazing Grace!

Dearest peoples on the innernets,

This is Top Cat Elsie Fallulah Graves speakin'...there has been such a huge outpourin' of love and support for our sweet Mazie Grace that we is all just blowed aways!  There has been peoples from ALL arounds the world leavin' comments on the bloggy and also on all of our Facebook pages!  We is so very real touched!  People we haven't ever met in real life before is worried 'bout our precious girl.  We just don't know how to say thanks.  Just know that from the bottoms of our heart we is grateful and we know without question that all these prayers is bein' heard and will be answereds.

We don't know zactly when we will git Mazie's biopsy reports.  It could be Friday or we may have to waits until Monday.  We thought we might do somethin' that would let Mazie know how much we love her...we have this here picture that we thought maybe people could use as their Facebook profile picture until we have Mazie's test results.

Update on Mazie Grace

Dearest peoples on the innernets,

This is Top Cat Elsie Fallulah Graves speakin'.  As most of y'all knows, Mazie Grace is not feelin' so very goods.  Mommy taked her to the Hospital for Very Sick Cats, also knowed as the Veterinary Referral & Critical Care Hospital, last nights.  They was there for a very real long times.  

They poked our Mazie Grace and squeezed her stuff and drained out lots of her bloods.  The good news is that they did not find any infections, no obvious masses in her insides, her liver seems to be quiverin' rights and her thyroid is doin' whatever it is that thyroids is supposed to dos.  The bad news is that they don't have any idea as to why she is loosin' weights and not eatin'.  She was real dehydrateds, though, so that's why she didn't feel good over the past few days and probably why she quitted eatin'...

They keeped her at the hospitals so they could hook her up to an IV and give her fluids to help her feel all betters.  Today, somebody called Miss Internist is gonna poke and squeeze her some mores and they are gonna do an ultrasound of Mazie's insides. The ER vet told mommy that it could be a lots of things...includin' inflammatory bowel disease or...lymphoma.  

We are sads...and worrieds...AND MAD AS HORNETS AT THE VET THAT WASTED SO MUCH TIME WITH MAZIE.  Mommy has been tellin' the flippy dippy dumbass girl that examined Mazie 3 weeks ago that somethink was wrongs.  She said "oh no...Mazie is fine"...Mommy had her at the vet's office 2 times beggin' them to find what was wrong but she just flipped her hair back and said "nothin' is wrong"...See, our real vet, Aunt Doktor Dugan, retireds...so we is STUCK with the two loser vet's that are still there.  Mommy is findin' us a new vet so we never have to go back there.  BUT...before we leave that awful place, mommy is gonna give that dumbass vet a piece of her mind regarding her negligence, lack of professionalism and unethical approach toward Mazie Grace's care.  I wish I could be a fly on the wall for that little conversation!

But for nows, we is 100% focused on gittin' Mazie Grace home and healthy agains.  We ask that everybody would please pray for our sweet little blind girl...she was pritty skeert last night...you have to remember that she is blind and didn't know where she was or what was goin' ons.  On top of that, she had never been there before so she was skeert.  Mommy tried to comfort her but...we ain't sure mommy was much helps.  Please pray she gits better real quick and comes home even quicker.

Thankful Thursday

Senator Henry Jackson Edward Graves III

Dearest peoples on the innernets,

This is Elsie Fallulah Graves speakin'...we are tryin' to feel betters since our little brother, Jimmy Durante Graves III passed away on Monday nights. It sure is hard...we love him so much...and always will. But, today we is gonna focus on what we is thankful for...

Today we are thankful that the media ain't found this here picture of Senator Henry Jackson Edward Graves III...if they ever git their mitts on it, there will be all kinds of drama, Senate 'vestigations, conspiracy theories and gossip column stuff writed.

We love our Senator...but sometimes...he just ain't right.
