Dearest peoples on the innernets,

This is Mazie Grace speakin'.  It's Monday so you just gotta knows what that means...it's Mazie Monday!  Oh peoples, we gots so much to be excitimicated abouts!  Today makes one whole month that we have blogimicated!  Back on February 1, we agreeded that we was gonna blogimicate every single day this month and...WE DID IT!

See, for almost two years we blogimicated every single day.  But then mommy's mommy gotted real sick and mommy gotted real tireds so we had to stop the blogimications for a while.  We aint so sure that we will post every single day of the year but...we is definitely gonna try to blogimicate every day in March!

Oh, did somebody say "March"?  Guess whats???  Just 16 more days 'til MY BIRTHDAY!!!  WOO HOO!!!  Oh peoples, we must start plannin' the partay nows!  I will be 5 whole years olds!  A real growed-up and sopissticated womans!  I can hardly waits!

Mazie Monday!

Dearest peoples on the innernets,

This is Mazie Grace speakin'...and today is Mazie Monday!  I just have to tell you that I had the most wonnerful evenin' last night...EVER!  See, last night I begged and begged and BEGGED mommy to let me go in and babysit my adopterated babies in the livin' room.  She finally gived in and let me go play with 'em.  

We runned and played and I chased 'em and swatted 'em and licked their ears...oh it was funs!  Mommy stayed in the livin' room with us and supervised and stuff.  Mommy has the flu so she wasn't feelin' so goods...'bout 10:00, she falled sound asleeps on the couch...

When I sawed mommy sleepin' so cozily, I started gittin' all sleepy, too...so I curled up with her...I mean, I just had to make sure she okay....next thing I knowed, I had falled sound sound asleeps, too!  Me and mommy sleeped on the couch all night longs!  It was so warm and cozy...makes me purr just thinkin' 'bout its!

And, when I waked up...mommy gived me all kinds of kisses and tummy rubs and chin scratches 'cause...today is VALENTINE'S DAY!  Mommy says that there will be kisses non-stop ALL day today!  Dang...I love Valentine's Day!

I hope all of my wonnerful friends on the innernets have the best Valentine's Day EVER!  AND...remember...not only is it Valentine's Day...it's also Mazie Monday, too!  So...whenever you walk into a room, your beans has to stop what they is doin' and hum "Hail to the Chief"!

Mazie Monday!

Dearet peoples on the innernets,

This is Mazie Grace speakin' and today is...MAZIE MONDAY!  I am just a little bit sad today.  I'm kinda tired of bein' blinds.  I sure wish I could see like everybody else...wow...how wonnerful that would be!  But I've had lots of eyeball operations and, well, none of 'em really worked too goods...I guess it just ain't meant to be...

Mommy says I am perfect just the way I ams...but just think how much perfecter I could be with eyeballs that actually worked!

*Sigh...*

Do not be sads for me, though...I git around REAL good.  You would NEVER know I am blind if you could see me in action!  I am a tough cookie...and I am very real happy...and thankful I gots a good home with lots of loves and I've gots my adopterated babies.  Oh, and I've got mommy to scratch my stuff and fix my Fancy Feast.

So, although I wish with all my heart that my busted up eyeballs worked, my life is goods and I am a lucky girl.

Now, don't forgit that today is Mazie Monday...when you walk into a room, your beans have got to stop what they is doin' and humm "Hail to the Chief"!

It has been a long time since we has posted...sorry 'bout thats.  All is well here at the Whiskers & Purrs House.  Everybody is fats and happys and life is goods.  Tomorrow, Elsie will have some very dramatical news to share...so tune in.

I am still the best dang adopterated mama cat EVER...I watch over my Little Joey all the times...I'm just a little bit mads at him right now...he has gots some sort of eye trouble...and, you know, what with me bein' blind as a bats and all, that makes me very extra worrieds.  Mommy has been tryin' to put the triple antibiotic eye ointment in his eyeball but he gits all fussy and growly and puts the bitey on her.  So...I had to spankify him and fuss at him...it was very dramaticals.

Today is Mazie Monday!  Now that Thanksgivin' is overs, it's time to git all Christmased-up!  I am so excited!  Santa Claws will be here real soons!  I can hardly waits...I have beened SO good this year!  I writed my letter to Santa and the only thing I askeded for was a pair of lime green with pink polka dots flip flops.  Do you think I will git 'em?  Oh I hope so!

This is Mazie Grace speakin'.  Today is Mazie Monday!  I'm so exciteds 'cause mommy is gonna be home all week long!  I wanted to share with you how I started my glorious day in celebration of havin' mommy here to serve us all.week.long!

First...

I started off with a little meditatin'...it's always a good idea to think before you start doin' stuff.

After I thinked for a whiles, I decided to invite Little Joey Cartwright Graves III to a rasslin' match...

When you rassle, sometimes other people can see your stuff.  Mommy made sure that my ladylikeness was preserved by coverin' up my stuff in the picture.  By the way...I'm pritty sure I winned the rasslin' match.

After I finished rasslin', I decided to take me a nice long cozy bath...in case you don't know, here is the proper procedure for takin' a good quality bath...First I washed my hands...

Then...

I washed my beautiful bosoms and belly.

After I washed my beautiful bosoms and belly, I had to inspect 'em...just to make sure they was good and clean 'cause...cleansiness is next to Godliness (at least that's what Theresa says on the Real Housewifes of New Jersey) and...I wants to stay on the good side of the big Cat upstairs...if you know what I'm sayin'...

And then I finished the whole bath by...

...givin' myself a real good manicure.

Mazie Monday!

Dearest peoples on the innernets,

We had a very real dramatical day on Sunday!  Duchess Fergie woked up with bad bad eyeball troubles...her eyeball was swoled up ands sore and runny...mommy hoped that maybe it could wait until Monday mornin' for her to go to the vet since our vet is not open on Sundays...but...as the day wented ons...mommy knowed that she just had to git Fergie to the vet.  So...mommy taked her to the Veterinary Referral and Critical Care Hospital, also knowed as The Hospital for Very Sick Cats.  Mommy has spended a lots of time at that place...first with Ricky...then with Lucy...and then with Felix...

Fergie was very real skeert but she was such a good girl, so calm, and did every single thing the vet asked her to do...but...mommy couldn't help but be worrieds and skeert for Fergie 'cause she knows how very afraid we always git when we is sick and have to go to the emergency room...

But then Mommy looked up and could see what Fergie saw...then she understooded why Fergie was so calm and relaxamicated...mommy knowed that everything was going to be okay...

Angel Cat Lucy, Angel Cat Ricky and Angel Cat Felix was all watchin' over Fergie.

As it turned outs, Fergie has a bad eyeball infection...she was sended home with medicine she has gots to take 4 times every single day until she's all betters.  We sure would appreciate it if you would say prayers for Fergie...we know with everybody prayin' and our special Angel Cats watchin' over her, Fergie is goin' to be just fines.

This is Mazie Grace speakin'.  Today is Mazie Monday!  I want to share a little secret with all of my dear friends on the innernets.  Me and mommy was snugglin' and kissin' yesterday.  She was supposed to be cleanin' the Whiskers & Purrs House but she was slackin'...as usuals.  

Anyways...we was cuddlin' and talkin' and she whispered somethin' to me that kinda skeert me...she said "Mazie Grace, you are so sweet and beautifuls that if you git any more sweet and beautifuls, you might have to have an operation to ugly yourself up a little bit...you know...kinda like the operations that Joan Rivers has had..."

 

I guess I just gots to pray real hard that I don't git to be any more beautifuls.
