Mazie Monday: A very dramatical day

Dearest peoples on the innernets,

This is Mazie Grace speakin' and today is Mazie Monday.  I hadded somethin' very dramaticals happen yestserday and it almost skeerted mommy to death.  See, as y'all all knows, I am blind as a bat.  But, I git around real good.  I know every square inch of the Whiskers & Purrs House and run and play just like all the other kids in the Gang.  One of my favoritest things to do is to jump up on top of the refrigeratators.  It's up real high and nobody can sneak up on me and skeer me.  Last night, I jumped up on top of the refrigeratator just like I always do.  I flopped over and started rollin' 'round for mommy to reach up a scratch my whiskers like she does every single time I jump up there.  Here's the dramatical part:  Uh, I sorta didn't realize how close I was to the edge and...well, uhm, I falleded off smack dab on my side on the hard floor!  VERY DRAMATICALS!

Mommy runned to me and picked me up very real fast.  My heart was beatin' so fast that mommy thoughted it might just pop!  She kissed me and holded me...for a minute she thought maybe I had knocked somethin' loose...like a gizzard or an innard or somethin'.  But...after I gotted all my lovin' and kisses, I was back to my old self.  I can tell you one thing, though...I ain't goin' near that evil ol' mean refrigeratator any time soons.

Mrs. Lilly White: Must I do it all???

This is Mrs. Lilly White speakin'.  Yesterday I maded an appearance on the bloggy for the first time in a long long time.  As a result, the stock market went up!  I am very glad for that.  But, I have to tell you that I just don't know if I can bear the great responsibility of turnin' the economy of the free world around.  I mean, what with me havin' to be so very beautifuls and havin' to take 43 hours of naps every day and all...I just don't know if I can add one more thing to my list of things I have to do for my fellow peoples.  I will not promise anything but I will at least give it a try.  It's a sacrifice I must make for the sake of my peoples.

Mrs. Lilly White Saves the Day!

This is Mrs. Lilly White speakin'.  I ain't said much on this here bloggy over the past several months.  Did you miss me?  There has been so much bad news in the world lately that I just wanna bury my head unnerneath the covers on mommy's bed and not come out until everything gits betters.  But me and mommy had a long heart-to-heart conversation last night.  She telled me it is my responsibility to try to make the world a better and happier place.  So...I thought I would share my Mrs. Lilly White love with the peoples on the innernets. 

Okay, so here I ams.  Did the stock market go up?  I just know it will.  Today will be a good day!

Mazie Monday on Tuesday! Plus...good news!

Dearest peoples on the innernets,

This is Mazie Grace speakin'.  I am very real upsets.  I didn't git to do my Mazie Monday postin' yesterday and it was all mommy's fault.  She says she is very busy at work and didn't have time to help me.  This is just not acceptables and gives you a glimpse into the neglect and abuse all of us at the Whiskers & Purrs House have to endure.  Mommy, you've got to do betters than this.  Last year we posted every single day.  This year you is droppin' the ball and makin' us look bad.  STRAIGHTIN' UP AND FLY RIGHT, MOMMY!  Startin' today, all of us in the Whiskers & Purrs Gang expect you to start helpin' us with the bloggy more regularly.

Now that I gots that off my chest, I wanna share with you that we gots some real good news yesterday.  Mommy talked to that very real nice lady that runs The Best Little Cathouse in Pennsylvania.  She said that our sweet Miss Molly Louise Graves is still doin' very real good!  She said that they keep a close watch on our Molly and that she is doin' good and has LOTS and LOTS of friends.  She likes to take naps in the sunshine and snuggle with her very best friends.  We are SO happy!

So...even though I didn't git to write 'bout it, yesterday was a very good Mazie Monday!

Happy 5th Birthday, Senator Henry Jackson Edward Graves III!!!

Dearest peoples on the inndernets,

Well, this is me, Senator Henry Jackson Edward Graves III, speakin'.  Today is a momentious occassion...today is my birthday.  I am now officially 5 years old!  Peoples, this is a very important day...this is B.I.G....what with me bein' a very powerful Senator and all!  Shoot...I bet even the mail won't be delivered today.  I bet the banks will be closed.  I bet the trash man won't come git our trashes.  I bet schools will be closed.  The whole world will be celebratin' the fact that I came into the world 5 years ago today...

In honor of my very special day, I am gonna make poops on anything I want and mommy ain't allowed to fuss at me.  Wait a minute...I do that every day.  Let's see...how can i celebrate my very special day...?  Well, I guess I need to spend the normal amount of Senator time spent on senatorin' for my peoples...ya' know...like maybe 17 minutes/day.  And then, of course, I must take some naps.  Then, I will need to tend to my peoples...in particular, the female peoples...I guess I will kiss all them girl peoples in the Whiskers & Purrs Gang for 'bout 5 hours.  And then, well, I need to git some of my recreational nip on.  That's just got to take 'bout 7 hours.  Oh, and ya know I gots to do my duty and stare at myself in the mirror for 'bout 12 hours.  And, how could I forgit...I've gotta walk in a big circle and bark like a seal at the tops of my lungs.  What kind of a senator would I be if I didn't do that.

Well...I think you git the picture.  Today is a busy day for me...I'm gonna be sure to mix in a little bits of fun with all of my very important senatorin' duties.  Thanks for stoppin' by and sharin' my very special day.

Mazie Monday: Happy Birthday To Me!!!

Dearest peoples on the innernets,

Today is Mazie Monday AND...it is my 3rd birthday!!!  Yay!!!  Oh, peoples, today is gonna be the bestest day EVER!  I've already had a whole plate of Temptations and...I gits to have my very own dish of Fancy Feast for breakfast and one for supper, too...nobody else will be allowed to lick it but me!

And...when mommy gits home from works, I git to open my very own birthday present!  You can see from my picture that I already gots me a new pair of glasses since I am blind as a bat.  They are very real cool!

While I'm waitin' on mommy, I will git to kiss all of the boys in the Whiskers & Purrs Gang right smack dab on the lips.  And...mommy has made it very clear to Coco, Miss Elizabeth Taylor and Mrs. Lilly White that they ain't allowed to stick their fingernails in me. 

Yes, today will be the bestest day EVER!!!
