Top Cat Tuesday!

Dearest peoples on the innernets,

This is Elsie Fallulah Graves speakin'.  Today is Top Cat Tuesday!  Well, my dearest peoples, it is hard to believes but...it's almost time for us to start gittin' merry and begin keepin' watch for Santa Claws!  As Top Cat, it's my job to keep a list and check it twice to help Santa know who has been naughty or nice in the Whiskers & Purrs House.   Startin' right after Thanksgivin', all these little cats in this house suddenly start bringin' me toy mousies to play with and nip to sniff...they think that will make me forgit 'bout how aggrivatin' they have been for the past 12 months...now honestly, peoples, do they think I am THAT simple?  PFFT!

There's also another list that I keep...our Holiday Card List!  Just like the past couple of years, we'd love to share a holiday card with you if you want one!  So...if you would like to git a little bits of JOY from the Whiskers & Purrs Gang and see who has been selected to be on the 2010 Holiday Card, just fill outs the form over on the sidebar by December 15th and we will send you a card rights away!

And, if you want to, just leave me a comment on the bloggy tellin' me if you've been naughty or nice...I gots some influence with Santa Claws...what with me bein' such an influential Top Cat and all.  I'd be very happy to put in a good word for you.

Mazie Monday!

Dearest peoples on the innernets,

Today is Mazie Monday!  Now that Thanksgivin' is overs, it's time to git all Christmased-up!  I am so excited!  Santa Claws will be here real soons!  I can hardly waits...I have beened SO good this year!  I writed my letter to Santa and the only thing I askeded for was a pair of lime green with pink polka dots flip flops.  Do you think I will git 'em?  Oh I hope so!

Fall is comin' to an end...

Dearest peoples on the innernets,

This is Georgie Porgie Puddinandpie speakin'.  I sure hope all of you wonnerful peoples that live in the US had a good Thanksgivin' Day yesterday.  We sure did!  I am a little sads, though...it's almost time to say goodbye to Fall...

We all like Fall better than any other time of year...with all them evil leafs fallin' from the sky...we stay real busy cussin' at 'em and supervisin' mommy when she's rakin' 'em ups.  

Now that Tom Turkey has come and gones, I guess this will be our last Fall post...we're gonna move on to suckin' up to...I mean, talkin' 'bout Santa Claws and how acited we is for him to be coming to visit us in just 4 short weeks!  

Time to start doin' all kinds of cute things to make mommy say "Awww...you're such a GOOD boy, Georgie!" so that she, I mean, Santa Claws will put me on the all-important GOOD BOY LIST!

Mazie Monday!

Dearest peoples on the innernets,

This is Mazie Grace speakin'.  Today is Mazie Monday!  I'm so exciteds 'cause mommy is gonna be home all week long!  I wanted to share with you how I started my glorious day in celebration of havin' mommy here to serve us all.week.long!

First...

I started off with a little meditatin'...it's always a good idea to think before you start doin' stuff.

After I thinked for a whiles, I decided to invite Little Joey Cartwright Graves III to a rasslin' match...

When you rassle, sometimes other people can see your stuff.  Mommy made sure that my ladylikeness was preserved by coverin' up my stuff in the picture.  By the way...I'm pritty sure I winned the rasslin' match.

After I finished rasslin', I decided to take me a nice long cozy bath...in case you don't know, here is the proper procedure for takin' a good quality bath...First I washed my hands...

Then...

I washed my beautiful bosoms and belly.

After I washed my beautiful bosoms and belly, I had to inspect 'em...just to make sure they was good and clean 'cause...cleansiness is next to Godliness (at least that's what Theresa says on the Real Housewifes of New Jersey) and...I wants to stay on the good side of the big Cat upstairs...if you know what I'm sayin'...

And then I finished the whole bath by...

...givin' myself a real good manicure.

BREAKIN' NEWS!

RICHMOND, Virginia -- Reports of a hostage situation that occurred overnight in the Whiskers & Purrs House have been surfacing on the internet.  Details are sketchy at this time because calls to the W&P House have not been returned.  Sources have confirmed that Senator Henry Jackson Edward Graves III (D-VA) was held against his will in the cabinet underneath the kitchen sink.  He was released at around 7:00 AM on Sunday.  No injuries have been reported.

A source inside the Whiskers & Purrs compound requesting to be kept anonymous stated "Last night mommy was cleanin' up the kitchen just before it was time to go make sleeps.  Jimmy Durante Graves III had sneaked into the cabinet unnerneath the sink.  Mommy made Jimmy git outs and then...she tied the door knobs shut so the doors couldn't be opened agains...then, when we all waked up after makin' sleeps this mornin', we could hear somebody barkin' like a seal.  Mommy went rushin' downstairs and, sure nuff, there was the Senator, locked inside the cabinet.  Mommy must've not knowed that he was in there when she locked it shut.  She wouldn't lock him in on purpose...well, at least I don't think she would...would she?"

No information has been released on the Senator's condition. He has cancelled his regularly scheduled posting of "Meet the Senator Sunday" for today.  No decision has been made regarding charges in the case. Stay tuned for updates on this case and information on Breaking News.

Mazie Monday!

Dearest peoples on the innernets,

We had a very real dramatical day on Sunday!  Duchess Fergie woked up with bad bad eyeball troubles...her eyeball was swoled up ands sore and runny...mommy hoped that maybe it could wait until Monday mornin' for her to go to the vet since our vet is not open on Sundays...but...as the day wented ons...mommy knowed that she just had to git Fergie to the vet.  So...mommy taked her to the Veterinary Referral and Critical Care Hospital, also knowed as The Hospital for Very Sick Cats.  Mommy has spended a lots of time at that place...first with Ricky...then with Lucy...and then with Felix...

Fergie was very real skeert but she was such a good girl, so calm, and did every single thing the vet asked her to do...but...mommy couldn't help but be worrieds and skeert for Fergie 'cause she knows how very afraid we always git when we is sick and have to go to the emergency room...

But then Mommy looked up and could see what Fergie saw...then she understooded why Fergie was so calm and relaxamicated...mommy knowed that everything was going to be okay...

Angel Cat Lucy, Angel Cat Ricky and Angel Cat Felix was all watchin' over Fergie.

As it turned outs, Fergie has a bad eyeball infection...she was sended home with medicine she has gots to take 4 times every single day until she's all betters.  We sure would appreciate it if you would say prayers for Fergie...we know with everybody prayin' and our special Angel Cats watchin' over her, Fergie is goin' to be just fines.
