Everyone,
Our sweet Mazie is home! I picked her up at 2:30, along with a long list of instructions for her care...it's a little intimidating but I will do whatever it takes to help my sweet girl. I had put her big soft fuzzy pink blanket in her carrier and we helped her lay down on it...she instantly started purring and kneading it. The vet couldn't get over how very relaxed and happy she was!
Mazie and I quickly got in the car and I decided to make a stop at PetsMart to get Mazie a very special treat...I found her a warm, cozy and comfy heated bed! When we got home I let it warm up and then placed her plush blanket on top of it...she quickly hopped in to evaluate its snoozability factor...
Shortly after her evaluation, it wasn't long until she started singing loud rumbly purrs and she was kneading her blanket...I think the new bed got a 4 Paws Up rating!
She is now fast asleep...purring up a storm...and kneading her blanket non-stop.
I do not know what the future holds for little Mazie Grace. I just know that I am going to love her, care for her and do what is best for her.
Please continue to pray for my little one...please pray that her illness is one that is treatable and livable with a high quality of life. We have not received the biopsy results today so it is more than likely safe to say it will either be Monday or Tuesday.

Now...time to go love on my little girl!
