Dearest peoples on the innernets,

This is Senator Henry Jackson Edward Graves III speakin'.  Now wait just one dang minute...nobody asked me if TLC can come into my house.  I just ain't so sure 'bout this...I gots some questions and they can't come 'til I git me some answers.

1. Who is TLC...is they a nice person?
2. Are they gonna want to eat my suppers?
3. Do we have to share our Tempations with him?
4. Who is kamera?
5. Will kamera be mean to me?  Have I ever meeted Kamera befores?  Will he hiss at me?
6. Will TLC and Kamera stay here all night and keep me from gittin' my snugglin' time with mommy?  I have to git my snugglin' time in every single day or the world just might stop turnin' on its axis...whatever that is.
7. Will TLC need to git snuggles with my mommy?  I already gots to share her with 10 other brothers and sisters...I ain't so sure I am willin' to share her with TLC or Kamera.
8. Will they use my litter box?  Wait a minute...what am I sayin'...I don't even use my litter box...I don't keer if they use the litter box...just as long as they don't use my spot at the bottom of the stairs, it won't matters to me.

I just ain't so very sure 'bout this...Mommy, you gots to answer all of these questions and then I will decide if TLC and Kamera can come into our house.

Mazie Monday

Dearest peoples on the innernets,

This is Mazie Grace speakin'...today is Mazie Monday!  Oh sweet peoples, I am SO excited...I git to go see my Unkle Doktor Blair next Monday afternoon and them nice people from TLC will be with us!  Oh...I hope you will git to see how very much I like my Unkle Doktor Blair...I git all googley-eyed around him.  That's probably not good since I am blind as a bat...but...I just can't help myself.  He calls me "Peanut" and looks so deep into my eyes..{sigh}...mommy says he's lookin' into my eyes to examine 'em...I think he's lookin' deep, deep into my soul...I don't pay no attention to what mommy says...she don't know nothin'.

Oh!  I must start gittin' ready right now!  I must make sure I am all rested up and not stressed out...let's see...I will sleep 37 hours every day and then nap another 14 hours.  I must have at least 3 million Temptations every day between now and next Monday.  Oh!  And, I must have my ears licked good at least 17 times every day...a woman can't go see her Unkle Doktor Blair with dirty ears!  I might also try to git some good toe lickin' in 'bout 21 times a day, too.  I mean, hey...a girls feets has gots to be clean when she sees her Unkle Doktor Blair.  I don't know for sure but I think if I git started now, I might be ready to see my favoritest eyeball specialist...

Everybody in the Whiskers & Purrs House is all worked up 'bout TLC comin' to visit...I ain't worried...I'm just gonna be me...ya know...I will be Very Mazified!  I just know everything is gonna be fine and we will teach lots of peoples 'bout bein' responsibles when it comes to little squirts like us.

Our Big-Ass Announcement...

Dearest peoples on the innernets,

This is all of us speakin'.  Well, the time is finally here...we gits to make our big-ass announcement.  Mommy says since it is Sunday, we ain't supposed to say "big-ass"...but we is so excited that we is gonna say it anyways...big-ass, big-ass, BIG-ASS ANNOUNCEMENT!!! 

See...a little more than a month ago, mommy got an email from a production company that works for these peoples:

 That's right!  The Learning Channel!  DANG!!!  They is makin' somethin' called a "dokuminneree" 'bout peoples and there pets.  They finded our bloggy and well...the rest is all history!  Mommy had to send them a video tape of her talkin' 'bout how much she loves us.  It was called a "castin' tape".  Then, we had to wait for them to decides.  Well...'bout 2 weeks ago, they called to say they was comin' to bring cameras and spend time with us and mommy!  Can you believe it???

So, them real nice peoples will git here Thursday...and then, they will stay with us 'til Tuesday!  Oh, we've gotted real big things planned...trips to see Aunt Doktor Dugan, and Mazie will git to go visit Unkle Doktor Blair on camera and then mommy is gonna try real extra hard to rescue James Bond.  Oh, and we is gonna tell the whole dang world 'bout our Sweet Molly Louise and how important it is to try to help little homeless animals and not turn a blind eye to them.  And how could we forgit...Elsie Fallulah is gonna show the world just how very much she loves her Anderson Cooper!

And so, dear peoples on the innernets, this is our big-ass announcement!  We is gonna git our 15 minutes of fame.  We can hardly wait!

Busy little peoples

Dearest peoples on the innernets,

This is all of us speakin'.  As we telled y'all yesterday, we gots us some big news!  We thought we might wait to tell all of our dear friends on the innernets Monday...but...we is itchin' to tell somebody SO...we is gonna make our BIG 'nnouncement on Sunday mornin'...as in TOMORROW!!!  Oh friends, it is BIG BIG BIG!!!  Y'all ain't gonna ever believes it!

Because of what's 'bout to happen to the Whiskers & Purrs Gang, we has got lotsa work to git done.  It is Saturday mornin' and mommy has already been up since 4:00 AM!  We got things to git ready 'cause this is gonna be the most awesomest week in our whole lifes!  I mean...it's awesomer than anything we could've ever dreamed!

Oh we wish we could tell you now!!!  But since we can't...mommy said we could leave you with a little hint...here it goes:

Have you missed us???  We have been goned for a whole dang week!  It wasn't 'cause we wanted to be gone from the innerwebs.  It's just that mommy has been so busy and hasn't had no times to help us with the pooter.  But...she has promised that she will do better this comin' week.

This is Coco speakin'.  On behalfs of all of the Whiskers & Purrs Gang, I'd like to just say that we are very extra happy to see this week come to an end.  We are all still so sad 'bout our Molly Louise.  Plus, mommy is super-real busy at work 'cause of a big meetin' she is plannin'.  She ain't had nearly enough time to spend with us.  We know we gots lots to be thankfuls for but...we are just plain ol' sad right now.

Maybe we'll git some Temptations and mommy-time this weekend...bein' neglected like this sure ain't no kinds fo fun.

A message for God

Dearest God,

This is all of us in the Whiskers & Purrs Gang speakin'.  'Course, what with you bein' God and all...you probably already knowed that.  We just wanted to talk with you for a minute.  The other day you sent some of your angels down to git our dear sweet Miss Molly Louise Graves and take her to heaven.  Molly is a real good girl and she had a real rough life.  Even though nothin' had ever been easy for her, she was a real sweet girl.  We just wanted to ask if you could make sure to assign the very best angel to take care of Molly for us?  We sure want her to git nothin' but love and kisses forever and ever...'kay?

Oh, and God?  Mommy said she knows that you love cats just like she does.  But she was wonnerin' if maybe you might have enough to take care of.  See...you've got Ricky, Lucy, Felix and now Miss Molly Louise Graves.  Do you think maybe that might be enough for awhile?  It hurts mommy so much when we leave to go to heaven...she cries a lot and it hurts her heart real bad.  She knows you take care of us and everything, it's just that she just can't bear to see us go.  Do ya think maybe that at least for the time bein' maybe we can all stay healthy and stay here with mommy?  We sure would appreciate it and we just know that mommy would, too.

Rest in Peace, Sweet Molly Louise Graves

Dearest peoples on the innernets,

We are all very sad today.  We found out that our very sweet Molly Louise Graves went to heaven on Monday night.  She had not been sick or havin' any troubles even though she had FIV and Feline Leukemia.  She was happy and not sick at all.  She just went to sleep and then the angels came down and she went back to heaven with 'em.

Molly, we want you to know that you will always be loved.  You wasn't a stray...you were ours but we just couldn't let you live with us 'cause of that awful FIV and leukemia.  You had a mommy that loved you and 11 brothers and sisters that wanted more than anything to give you headbutts and face washes.  We are so sorry that the first 8 months of your all too short life were so hard.  But we are so thankfuls that the last 3 months were spent in a wonnerful sanctuary where you got lotsa love, kisses, unending suppers all day long and lotsa of other kitty friends to snuggle and play with.

Watch over us from heaven, sweet girl.  You will be in our hearts forevers.

Mazie Monday

Dearest peoples on the innernets,

This is Mazie Grace speakin' and today is Mazie Monday!  I wanted to let everybody know that I might be blind as a bat but...I'm tough enough to jump up on the frigeratator and also put the bitey on mommy!  Now, as you can see in this here video, I am always sure to sprinkle in some licks and kisses when I'm puttin' the bitey on her...you know the sayin'..."don't put the bitey on the hand that feeds you"...
